Jack Lynch has seen it all - From cleaning tables in restaurants to senior executive positions responsible for multimillion-dollar business units. Teams that jumped over bars that everyone thought were unattainable and teams that couldn’t jump over the bar if you placed it on the ground and offered to carry them over it.
He brings over thirty years of experience to the conversation about teamwork including, restaurants, factory worker, building condos as a carpenter assistant, and leading a local rock band. The journey continued moving into technical positions maintaining large computer systems, leading large multi-million projects, software development projects, consulting, management positions, and senior leadership positions leading teams with over 1,000 people. This includes Senior Vice President of a diverse Client Operational Team including Client Implementations, Client and Internal Training Teams, Client Support Services, Enterprise Process Improvement, and the Enterprise Project Management Office.
As Chief Risk Officer Jack managed a diverse business operational unit with multiple locations and virtual teams as well as served as President of a Delinquency Management Company subsidiary. He has also spoken extensively over the years at conferences around the country on Fraud and Risk topics, as well as served on numerous advisory boards.
